Parking Authority / Valet Parking Regulations

Legislation passed in 2013 requires valet parking operators to obtain an operators’ license and a valet parking zone permit for each location.  Failure to obtain the required license and/or permit will result in fines of up to $1000.00 each day that illegal valet operation continues and the loss of Passenger Loading Zone/Valet Parking Zone.
 
How to obtain a Valet Operator’s License and a Valet Parking Zone Permit
 
1.      Download and read the Rules and Regulations
2.      Download and complete Valet Operator’s License Application
3.      Download and complete Valet Parking Zone Permit Application
4.      Download and complete Valet Credit Card Authorization Form
5.      Mail completed application(s) and all requested documents along with a check or money order (payable to Director of Finance) to:

How to obtain a Special Permit:
 
Any operator and/or host performing valet for a Special Event  must submit a Special Event application 3 days prior to the date of the event.
 
  • Download and complete Special Event Valet Permit Application
  • Mail completed application(s) and all requested documents along with a check or money order (payable to Director of Finance) to:
